What does "Days to Dispatch" actually mean? (When will my order be delivered?)

The days it takes us to prepare your package and send it to the courier company are called the "Days of Dispatch". Each product's shipment date is explicitly stated on its website. This will usually vary depending on the goods you purchased, whether you want it to be studded in a jewellery piece or if you want a separate lab certificate. A gemstone, for example, is usually sent in 1-2 business days. A gemstone ordered in a ring, on the other hand, will normally take 4-5 business days. A gemstone with an additional lab certificate, on the other hand, will take much longer.

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

Our delivery partners normally deliver items to India's metro cities within 1 to 3 days: Our courier partners normally take 2-7 business days to deliver non-metros from the time of dispatch. Please be aware that we are not liable for any customs fees, duties, VAT, or other fees imposed by your country, as these vary from case to case and are out of our control. However, gemstones are currently duty-free in the United States, Canada, and Europe. In other countries, the estimated percentage is around 1%, but we suggest you should contact your local customs office. Please contact us if you have any questions.

Please be aware that if an international purchase is refused or cancelled by the customer after it has been dispatched, the customer will be responsible for all customs charges and VAT levied by their country to return the items to us. Any balance owed to the customer, less any fees, customs duties, and VAT, will be reimbursed to the customer according to the refund policy only when we receive the goods.
