Returns & Replacement Policy

The 7 days Return and Replacement policy offered by Drishti gems are clear and simple.

To be eligible for the Return & Replacement Policy, one has to comply with the following requirements:

  • The items must be in their original condition with tags intact.
  • The items need to pass the inspection process done by the Drishti Gems team so as to confirm the return/replacement.
  • Items in inappropriate conditions due to negligence wouldn't be accepted for replacement/returns.
  • To be approved for return/replacement, the item must include the Original Product packaging and an Original Copy of the Invoice, Documentation, Lab Certificates, discount coupons, etc.

Note: Shipping charges, VAT and related duties are non-refundable.

Return Policy on Gemstone Jewellery

Custom-created jewellery pieces are not eligible for a refund. However, within 10 days of purchase, a return request can be submitted and the amount will be refunded to your Wallet worth 75% of your invoice value, which can be utilised on future purchases.

Cancellation Policy:

Drishti Gems will deduct 10% from the total purchase price of the product in the case of order cancellation.

Drishti Gems will deduct the certification fee if the order is cancelled after the certification fee has been paid.

Important Notes:
  • Shipping charges, GST and other such duties are non-refundable.
  • The customer is liable for the return shipment.
  • Payment Gateway fees, if any, will not be reimbursed. These are not reimbursed and are billed immediately by the payment gateway. The fees of different Payment Gateways vary.
  • Additional paid Lab Certificates are non-refundable.
  • Returns will be processed in 10-14 business days (beginning from the date of receiving the product back at our address). Please keep in mind that the credit card company/banks may take up to a week to update that in your account.

1. What time does the 7 days return period start?

The day you receive your product is the day 7 days return period begins, as shown by our courier records.

2. I purchased two gemstones, one of which I like. Can I return the other?

Yes, you can return the other gemstone as per our 7-day return policy.

3. I misplaced the lab certificate and the product's original packing. Is it still possible for me to return the gemstone?

We need the original product packaging, invoices, documentation, lab certificates, discount coupons (if any), and other items that may have been included with the gemstone. You are not qualified for the Money Back Guarantee if you do not have any of these items.

4. Is it possible to return a gemstone that I bought and have it set in a ring?

Any customised jewellery cannot be returned, according to our return policy. However, you are eligible for a Wallet credit worth 75% of your invoice value, which you can apply to later purchases on Drishti

5. I need to return a gemstone. What method should I use to send it?

Please follow the steps below if you are returning or replacing a gemstone:

  • Get a Return Authorization from Customer Support.
  • Keep all original items that came with the gemstone, such as the Original Product Certificate, Original/Copy of Invoice, packing, documentation, lab certificates, discount coupons, etc.
  • Pack the things securely. Be in touch with our Customer Care. Our Contact & address can be found by clicking on Contact Us. You will have to give all details to the Customer Care and pick up will be organised with our logistics partner.
